As the founder, Jeff is the mastermind behind our documentary magic. With over 25 years of creative content development, he brings a rare combination of high-level strategy and directorial vision to every project. He specializes in helping organizations identify the core messages that will resonate most with their audience.
His background in personal coaching gives him a unique edge: he knows how to make people feel comfortable on camera. Whether interviewing a CEO or a front-line employee, Jeff draws out the genuine, compelling stories that make our documentaries shine, ensuring the final product feels authentic rather than staged.
When he's not shaping narratives, you might find him skiing, golfing or writing & recording original music.
Christie Rosckes

Christie leads our marketing and business development with a unique advantage: she knows exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes. Drawing from her own experience as a client who witnessed the power of video firsthand, she brings a deep sense of empathy to every project.
With a background in tourism, healthcare, tech, and non-profit work, Christie offers a well-rounded perspective that helps her speak your language. She expertly guides clients through the video production process, ensuring you feel supported from the first call to the final cut.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen. Her contagious enthusiasm is a true asset to Storyboard Films.
Scott Cohen

Scott’s quick wit and engaging nature don't just make him fun to work with—they put subjects at ease. With a background in photojournalism and work featured in national publications, Scott mastered the art of capturing unscripted moments long before he joined Storyboard Films.
As our lead cinematographer, Scott specializes in finding the authentic human moments that scripts can’t invent. He is a versatile talent who expertly shoots, edits, and keeps the energy high on set, ensuring that even the most camera-shy subjects feel comfortable sharing their story.
When he’s not behind a lens, you’ll find Scott traveling, nurturing his plants, dominating a competitive cribbage match, or enjoying a hoppy IPA.
